The Central Promotion Headquarters of the Industrial Innovation Movement published the 'Industrial Innovation Movement Best Practice Book', which contains the achievements of companies participating in the Industrial Innovation Movement in 2022.
The Industrial Innovation Movement is a movement that supports production innovation, such as process and management consulting for 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers, and related equipment purchases, by utilizing the funds for shared growth investment that large and medium-sized companies and public institutions have emerged.
AETHER CT, which was selected as an excellent case below, was able to achieve the following effects through this exercise.
- Improvement of QSS Innovation Competence Index
- Improvement of the number of activated carbon replacements in the painting room and internal short work methods
- Financial improvement through cost reduction and productivity improvement according to the above improvements, establishment of basic operating system, securing work safety, improvement mindset of all employees through change management training
