Delivering Value With The Best of Breed Quality & Safety

The Korea Petroleum Quality & Distribution Authority (K-Petro), led by President Choi Chun-sik, announced that it held a maintenance training program for operators of hydrogen transportation equipment on the 15th in Wanju, Jeollabuk-do.
The program was designed for companies participating in the government-supported hydrogen transportation equipment purchase and rental program.
The training was organized by K-Petro’s Hydrogen Distribution Management Center in cooperation with Duksan Aether CT Co., Ltd.
It was designed to address differences in the way individual operators manage hydrogen tube trailers (T/T) and to enhance their capabilities in systematic maintenance and safety inspections.
The training covered a range of topics, including an overview of hydrogen tube trailers, safety precautions and accident prevention procedures during operations, A/S response methods, and system improvement measures.
In particular, participants examined the structure of hydrogen tube trailers and the roles and functions of their major components.
The training also focused on safety precautions and response procedures to prevent accidents that may occur during maintenance operations.
In addition, the manufacturer’s recommendations and A/S response procedures were shared with the participants.
K-Petro expects the training to improve operators’ understanding of inspection and maintenance methods for hydrogen transportation equipment while providing an opportunity to share practical challenges encountered in the field and areas requiring improvement.
